Accessories include door and window hardware, electromechanical and electronic locks and hotel locks. The Group's operations are carried out three segments: Mechanical locks, lock systems and accessories, Electromechanical and electronic locks and Security doors and fittings. The Global Technologies covers Identification, Automatic Doors and Hospitality, which all serve a global market. The market is categorised into three main regions EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Americas (North and South America) and Asia Pacific (Asia, Australia and New Zealand). On 3 August 2006, the Group acquired 100 percent of share capital of Fargo Electronics. In March 2006, the Group also acquired Adams Rite and Baron Metal Industries Inc. |
