The Group's operations are carried out in three segments: Mechanical locks, lock systems and accessories, Electromechanical and electronic locks and Security doors and fittings. The Global Technologies covers Identification, Automatic Doors and Hospitality, which all serve a global market. The market is categorised into three main regions EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Americas (North and South America) and Asia Pacific (Asia, Australia and New Zealand). In 2008, the Group acquired Rockwood Manufacturing Company.
