The Group's principal activities are to provide integrated software and services to the process industries. The Group develops two types of software to design, operate, manage and optimize its customers' key business processes; engineering software and manufacturing/supply chain software. It operates through three segments: License, Consulting services and Maintenance and training. The License segment develops and licenses the software. The Consulting Services segment offers implementation, advanced process control, real-time optimization and other consulting services in order to provide customers with complete solutions. The Maintenance and Training segment provides customers with a wide range of support services that include on-site support, telephone support, software updates and various forms of training.
