The Group's principal activities are to provide software solutions and information technology services in China. The Group operates under three segments: Software Products and Solutions, Third Party Hardware and Service. It carries on its operations through two divisions: AsiaInfo Technologies and Lenovo-AsiaInfo. The AsiaInfo Technologies encompasses traditional telecommunications business and provides software and solutions to China's telecommunications operators. The products and services in this division cover network infrastructure services, including network design, implementation, operation and optimization, customer management and billing solutions. The Lenovo-AsiaInfo provides IT services for the Chinese enterprise market, including information security solutions, IT consulting, software customization and business process outsourcing services. The Group's customers are China Mobile, China Unicom, China Netcom Group and China Telecom.
