Asia Offshore Drilling Ltd is an holding company engaged in the operation of a fleet of modern jack-up rigs. The Company owns three KFELS Mod V - B Class jack-up rigs under construction. As of July 14, 2011, it had four wholly owned subsidiaries, including Asia Offshore Rig 1 Limited, Asia Offshore Rig 2 Limited, Asia Offshore Rig 3 Limited and Asia Offshore Drilling Pte Ltd. Asia Offshore Drilling Pte Ltd's principal activity is to support a management base to provide offshore drilling and related services in oil and gas industry. All other subsidiaries are owners and operators of one rig each. As of 2011, it provided its services to Keppel FELS Limited, including design, fabrication, construction, equipping, testing, commissioning and delivery of two offshore jack-up drilling rigs. The contract is scheduled to be completed in 2013. As of November 29, 2012, SeaDrill Ltd had 65.95% interest in Asia Offshore Drilling Limited.
