Valvoline: Producer, distributor and marketer of branded automotive and industrial products and services. Water Technologies: Supplies chemical and non-chemical water treatment solutions for industrial, municipal and commercial facilities. In fis 2008, the Group acquired Hercules and Air Products and Chemicals Inc.
