The Company has mining and mineral processing facilities in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Orissa. It exports to over 30 countries in Middle East, Latin America, Europe, Egypt, Japan, and South East Asia and Australia. The Company's subsidiaries include Ashapura International Limited, Ashapura Claytech Limited, Bombay Minerals Limited, Penisula Property Developers Private Limited, Sharda Consultancy Private Limited and Ashapura Maritme FZE. In July 2009, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Ashapura Minechem (UAE) FZE divested its entire interest in Ashapura Zawawi Minerals LLC, a joint venture company in the Sultanate of Oman. |
