| The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and sell automotive and float glass. The Group operates in three segments: Automotive glass, Float glass and other. The Automotive glass segment manufactures and sells safety glass which includes Laminated windshield, Tempered glass for sidelites and backlites, Silver printed defogger glass, Antenna printed backlites, Black ceramic printed flush fitting glass, Encapsulated fixed glass, Solar Control Glass, IR Cut Glass, UV Cut Glass, Reflective (PET) Windshield, Water Repellent Glass, Glass Antenna, Extruded Windshield. The Float glass segment manufactures and sells float glass in different shades and in varying sizes. Its products include clear float glass, tinted (heat-absorbing) float glass, mirror and heat reflective glass. On March 6, 2009, the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Integrated Glass Materials Ltd. (IGML). |
