The Group's principal activity is providing products, services and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and computer products. The Group operates in two segments: Electronic Components business which distributes electronic components and provides related services. Computer Products distributes enterprise and midrange computing products, services and solutions to VARs in North America and Europe. The services provided by the Group includes materials planning, design services, programming and assembly services, inventory management and a comprehensive suite of online supply chain tools. The Group's maintains over 240 sales facilities and 24 distribution centers in 50 countries and territories. The Group operates in the United States, Europe, Middle East and Asia/Pacific.
