| The Group's principal activities are the manufacture and distribution of medical products, hospital furniture, medical devices, sterilizers, hypodermic needles and the provision of health-care assistance. It offers its products and services through four main subsidiaries: Cla, manufacturing of hospital furniture as well as engineering and designing of operating rooms; Sogespa, management of retirement homes; Delta Med, manufacturing of appliances for hospital use and medical devices; Icos, manufacturing of sterilization equipment, pharmaceutical and hospital cleaning equipment. The Group operates mainly in Italy and sells its products also in other countries (Germany, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Ireland, Austria, Bulgaria, Slovenia and USA). |
