The Group's principal activity is to provide media and market research information to radio, broadcast television, cable companies, advertising agencies and advertisers in the United States, Mexico and Europe. In addition, the Group provides radio audience measurement and related services in the United States to approximately 4,500 radio stations and 2,200 advertising agencies and advertisers. The Group also provides software applications, which provide its customers to access its proprietary database. Further, the Group also provides qualitative measurements of consumer demographics, retail behavior and media usage in approximately 277 local markets throughout the United States.
