| The Group's principal activity is to provide a full range of banking services. The Group also provides its customers non-interest based banking products which are approved and supervised by an independent Shari'ah Board established by the Group. The Group operates under three segments: Retail Banking, corporate banking and treasury banking. Under retail banking the Group provides deposit, credit and investment products for individuals. Under corporate banking the Group offers Loans, deposits and other credit products for corporate and institutional customers. Under treasury banking the Group manages it's trading and investment portfolios and it's funding and liquidity, currency, and commission risk. The services provided by the Group include current and saving account, time deposit, ATM card, safe deposit box, money transfers, travel cheques and interne banking. The Group operates through its 116 branches in Saudi Arabia and one branch in the United Kingdom. |
