The customers include manufacturers of semiconductor chips and wafers, flat panel liquid crystal displays (LCDs), photovoltaic (PV) cells and other electronic devices. It has its operations in Taiwan, North America, Japan, Korea, Europe and Asia Pacific. The Group acquired Baccini SpA on 31-Jan-2008. |
