| The Group's principal activity is to develop and market Directed Energy Weapon technology products for the United States Government. It has two segments: Ionatron and North Star. Ionatron segment focuses on Directed Energy Weapon technology products for sale to the Government. North Star segment focuses on the manufacture of custom high voltage equipment for sale to Ionatron and in a more broad-based market. The Group has entered into several contracts with the United States Government and Cooperative Research and Development Agreements for joint research on Laser Induced Plasma Channel (LIPC) based directed energy weapons. The Group has developed and demonstrated LGE and counter-IED products using novel Directed Energy Weapon technologies. Its LGE technology delivers high voltage discharge waveforms to a target through the atmosphere with laser beam accuracy. The Group operates throughout the United States. |
