Kitchen products include cooking, beverage and food preparation products. Home products include garment care products, such as hand-held irons and home environment products, such as fans and heaters. Personal care products include hair dryers, curling irons, curling brushes, hairsetters, combs and brushes, shears and mirrors. Pet products include pest control and repelling devices to control insects and rodents in homes, yards and businesses. The Group markets products under licensed brand names, such as Black & Decker(R), Windmere(R), LitterMaid(R) and Applica(R) and other private-label brand names. Customers of the Group include mass merchandisers, specialty retailers and appliance distributors primarily in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. |
