It operates in five segments: University of Phoenix segment offers educational programs worldwide through its online education delivery system and at its campus locations and learning centers. Apollo Global - BPP segment offers degree programs through its College of Professional Studies division, provides education and training to professionals in the legal and finance industries. Apollo Global - Other, includes the results of operations for UNIACC, ULA and the Apollo Global corporate operations. Insight Schools segment offers educational and administrative services to public schools to operate full-time online high school programs. Other Schools segment includes the results of operations of Western International University, IPD, CFFP and Meritus. On 30-Jul-2009, it acquired BPP Holdings Plc.
