| The Group's principal activity is to provide digital pen and paper technology delivered through a global partner network for the healthcare, banking and finance, transport and logistics industries, as well as education. The digital pen works as an electronic highlighter that scans to remember printed text and bar-codes. The Group operates in two segments: Anoto and Content and Applications. Anoto includes income and expenses related to digital pens and paper, as well as sales of Anoto technology for use in intelligent image processing systems. Content and Applications focuses on the design of development tools and the construction of a network for third-party developers, as well as on the marketing of proprietary and third-party applications for the next-generation interactive pen, Pentop. The Group operates in Sweden, rest of the EU, the United States, Japan, rest of Asia and the rest of the World. |
