Anatolia Minerals Development Limited (Anatolia) is engaged in the exploration of mineral deposits, primarily gold, silver, copper and other base metals, in Turkey. Anatolia owns 100% of the Copler Gold Project, located in the Erzincan Province of east-central Turkey. As of December 31, 2008, the Company controls approximately 258,960 hectares throughout Turkey. During 2008, the Company completed a nine-hole drilling program at its Karakartal copper-gold porphyry prospect, approximately 15 kilometres southeast of Çopler. The Company’s exploration portfolio includes 19 prospects aggregating approximately 242,000 hectares.
