| The Group's principal activities are to provide microelectronics and microwave components. It operates in two segments: Wireless Segment and Space and Defense Segment. The Wireless segment designs, manufactures and markets commercial products including Xinger components, resistive components, ferrite components and printed wiring boards used by the wireless communications market. The Space and Defense segment manufactures and markets radar countermeasure subsystems and beamforming networks to the radar and satellite communications markets. The Group operates in the United States, Asia Pacific, Europe, Americas and other countries. The Group major customers include Ericsson, Motorola, Nokia Siemens Networks, Nortel Networks and Huawei and to satellite communications and defense electronics companies such as Boeing Satellite, ITT, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman and Raytheon. On 01-Aug-2008, the Group acquired M. S. Kennedy Corp. |
