The Group's principal activity is to explore, develop, produce and market oil and gas. It operates in three segments: Oil and Gas Exploration, Marketing and Midstream businesses. The Oil and Gas segment explores and produces natural gas, crude, oil, condensate and natural gas liquids. The Marketing segment sells most of the Group's production and commodities purchased from third parties. The Midstream segment gathers, processes, treats and transports the Group's and third party oil & gas production. It operates in The Rocky Mountains, the deep water Gulf of Mexico and the southern area of the United States.
