These services are provided through its wholly owned subsidiaries: Independence American Insurance Company (Independence American) and its managing general underwriter (MGUs) subsidiaries. The IndependenceCare Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries (IndependenceCare), Risk Assessment Strategies, Inc (RAS), Marlton Risk Group LLC (Marlton) and Majestic Underwriters LLC (Majestic). The Independence American is licensed to write property or casualty insurance in 49 states and the District of Columbia.
