The Group's principal activity is the production and distribution of milk powder and other dairy products. Feihe Dairy has three wholly-owned subsidiaries, Heilongjiang Sanhao Dairy Co., Limited (Sanhao Dairy) and BaiQuan Feihe Dairy Co Limited (BaiQuan Dairy), that are involved in the production and supply of processed milk and soybean products for Feihe Dairy, and has a subsidiary Beijing Feihe Biotechnology Scientific and Commercial Co, which is the marketing company for Feihe Diary. It's operations are carried out in China.
