The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and to provide sports equipment for all major sports equipment markets. The Group operates in three segments: Winter and Outdoor, Ball Sports and Fitness. Winter and Outdoor is divided into Winter Sports Equipment, Apparel and Footwear, Cycling and Sports Instruments. Ball Sports include Racquet Sports, Team Sports and Golf. Fitness consists of Fitness Equipment. The major brands of the Group are Wilson, Atomic, Suunto, Precor and Salomon. The Group operates in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific (including Japan and Australia) regions. The Group acquired Pamporovo Ski in 2008.
