It owns 100% of the outstanding stock of Philip Morris USA, John Middleton and Philip Morris Capital Corporation. The Group's brands include: Marlboro, Copenhagen, Skoal and Black & Mild. Its Michelle Wine Estates brands include Chateau Ste. Michelle, Columbia Crest and Col Solare. Michelle, Columbia Crest, Stag's Leap Wine Cellars and Erath, as well as exclusively distributes and markets Antinori products in the United States. Other brands include Basic, L&M, Parliament and Virginia Slims. John Middleton is a manufacturer of machine-made large cigars. Major brands include: Carter Hall, Middleton's and Kentucky Club. Philip Morris Capital Corporation actively manages a portfolio consisting of leveraged and direct finance leases investments. On 06-Jan-2009, the Group acquired UST Inc.
