| The Group's principal activity is to design and provide task-specific systems of communication. The Group operates under three major segments, Technology, Business Solutions and Consulting. Under Technology segment, the Group undertakes project from technical architecture through to production start-up and maintenance. Under Business Solutions, the Group advises in the optimization processes and information systems with SAP solutions. Under Consulting segment, the Group provides management and business consulting to banking and insurance businesses. The specific markets include banking and finance, industry and distribution, telecommunications and service providers. The Group's clients include AXA, Societe Generale, Carrefour, Total Fina Elf, France Telecom and SNCF. In 2007, the Group acquired Cernum, Lunis and Aralys. |
