Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Company's principal activity is that of a Closed-end Investment business. The objective of the Company is to achieve superior absolute returns with low volatility. The Company is a closed-end Investment Company and was registered under the provisions of The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 1994 on 29-Oct-1996. The Company has obtained exempt company status in Guernsey under the terms of the Income Tax (Exempt Bodies) (Guernsey) Ordinance 1989, so that the Company is exempt from taxation on income arising outside Guernsey and on bank interest receivable in Guernsey. Investment management services are provided by Close Fund Services Ltd for a periodic fee of 1% per annum in aggregate of the gross asset value of the Company. The agreement is terminable on six months notice. |
