The Group's principal activity is to design, manufacture and market high-performance, high-density programmable logic devices, intellectual property cores and associated development tools. The programmable logic devices are semiconductor integrated circuits operating on personal computers and engineering workstations that can be programmed by the customers. Intellectual property cores are proprietary pre-verified hardware description languages or design files used in system level logic functions. These products serve various markets such as telecommunication, data communication, electronic data processing, computer peripheral, and industrial applications. The Group operates in the United States, North America, Europe, Asia and Japan.
