It operates in three segments: Residential, Commercail Centres and Commercial Centers Development. It involves in residential developments, purchase of land and the building and sale of residential units. The Residential sector includes apartment blocks and individual houses. The Commercial Centre derives its income from the shopping centers or galleries. The Group acts as a developer by using its skills to design, build, market and manage sophisticated property complexes and shopping centers. The Group operates in France, Germany and Spain. In 2008, the Group acquired Alatreit SCA.
