The Group's principal activity is operating fast food stores and casual restaurants. It manages Domino's Pizza, Starbucks Coffee, Burger King, and Popeyes Chicken & Seafood and Chili's Grill and Bar. Its multi-units are supported by its Shared Services Center, which includes a supply chain through its distribution division, real estate and development services as well as administrative services. At 30-April-2009, the group had 1,152 stores. Its franchises are located in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Argentina.
