The Company’s business is divided into five divisions: cotton yarn, apparel fabric, home textiles, garments and polyester yarn. The Company exports its products to over 70 countries, including United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. The Company subsidiaries include Alok Infrastructure Pvt Ltd., Alok Apparel Private Ltd., Alok Clothing Company Pvt. Ltd. and Alok Land Holdings Pvt Ltd. In September 2008, the Company spun off its retail operations into a subsidiary company under the name of Alok India Retail Ltd.
