The Group's principal activity is to provide integrated adult day health services and visiting nurse services. It operates in two segments: Visiting Nurse and Personal Care . The Visiting Nurses segment provides a comprehensive range of Medicare-certified home health nursing services to patients in need of recuperative care, typically following a period of hospitalization or care in another type of inpatient facility. The Personal Care provides services in patients' homes on an as-needed, hourly, or live-in basis.The Group also provides services like meals, family counseling, individualized and creative activities program. The Group has operations in Florida, Kentucky, Ohio, Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Indiana and Alabama.
