The Group's principal activities are to provide clinical software, connectivity and information solutions that physicians use to improve healthcare. It offers decision support solutions that are designed to improve the quality and reduce the cost of healthcare. The Clinical Solutions include electronic health record (EHR), e-prescribing & document imaging solutions. The Group's operations are conducted through three business segments: Clinical solutions; Health solutions and Prepackaged medications. Clinical solutions segment includes both Enterprise business for large physician practices and Integrated Delivery Networks. Health solutions segment provides offerings for hospitals that are seeking Emergency Department Information System (EDIS) and care management solutions. The prepackaged medications segment provides repackaging, sale, and distribution of medications and medical supplies.
