It offers decision support solutions that are designed to improve the quality and reduce the cost of healthcare. The Clinical Solutions include electronic health record (EHR), e-prescribing & document imaging solutions. The Group's operations are conducted through three business segments: Prepackaged medications, Software & related services and Information services. The prepackaged medications segment provides repackaging, sale, and distribution of medications and medical supplies. Software and related services segment derives its revenue from the sale and installation of software that provides point-of-care decision support solutions and the resale of related hardware.
