| The Group's principal activity is to provide specialty pharmacy and disease management services focused on HIV/AIDS patients. The Group sells HIV/AIDS medications, ancillary drugs and nutritional supplies under trade name MOMS Pharmacy. It works closely with physicians, nurses, clinics and AIDS Service Organizations and with government and private payors, to improve clinical outcomes and reduce treatment costs for patients. As of December 31, 2007, it owned and operated 11 specialty pharmacies in four states, and in December 2007 it serviced 15,610 patients. The Group operates in the United States. |
