| The Group's principal activities are to purchase, process, store, pack and ship tobacco. It deals primarily in flue-cured, burley, and oriental tobaccos that are used in international brand cigarettes. It processes tobacco through a complex mechanized threshing and separating operation and then dry it to meet precise moisture levels in accordance with the customer's specifications. It sells its processed tobacco primarily to large multinational cigarette manufacturers, including Philip Morris International Inc, Japan Tobacco Inc, Imperial Tobacco Group PLC, China National Tobacco Co, British American Tobacco, Philip Morris USA Inc, Eastern Company SAE, R J Reynolds Tobacco Company, Lorillard Tobacco Company and others. The Group ships tobacco to manufacturers of cigarettes and other consumer tobacco products located in approximately 90 countries around the world. |
