| The Group's principal activity is to provide television services to record standard and special events. The Group operates in four business segments: Alfacam Multi-Camera TV Services, Eurolinx Wireless TV Services, Eurocam Media Center and the Euro1080 Content. Under Alfacam Multi-Camera TV services, it provides television services to broadcasting corporations, production houses and various organisations. Wireless transmission is used in events such as cycling, car racing and athletics competitions. The Group also rents its recording and peripheral equipments to production houses. It undertakes activities such as HDTV (high definition television) image archive management, play-out (final editing) and the conversion of analogue to digital recordings. The Group operates in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America. |
