The Group's principal activities are to manufacture and market oil separators and vacuum units. The Group operates in three segments: Process Technology, Equipment and Others. Process Technology segment comprises of process line solutions using the Group's products, bought-out equipment and erection and commissioning. Equipment segment includes sale of equipment intended for stand alone use. Others comprises of finance income on lease and hire purchase. The Group also has vegetable oil plants, food, beverage and fruit processing plants, plate heat exchangers, stainless steel fittings, pumps and refrigeration plants, dairy machinery and equipment; evaporation, spray and flash drying plants and special industry equipment and treatment systems for Chemical and Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology etc. It's products are Separators, Decanters and Heat Exchangers. The Group operates only in India.
