The Group's principal activities are designing and manufacturing graphite golf shafts. The Group classifies its business into two segments: Composite Products and Composite Materials. The Composite Products segment is primarily comprised of sales of graphite golf shafts and hockey sticks. The Composite Materials segment is comprised of external sales of prepreg uni-tapes, fabrics, film adhesives and the Group's 50% interest in CFT. In addition, the Group also sells composite prepregs and other related materials and a limited amount of hockey sticks. The Group operates in the United States, England, China, Canada, Australia,Mexico and Other Foreign Countries.
