The Group's principal activity is to manufacture and distribute detergents and cosmetics, veterinary pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements, small animal accessories and organic products, on behalf of multinational companies and super markets. It operates in four segments: Human Health, Veterinary and Animal products, Detergents and Cosmetics and Organic products. The Group operates mainly in Greece and through its foreign subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Romania and Cyprus. It acquired Therapeftiki S.A, Farmagora S.A., Sante Hellas S.A, Revold A.A.,Farmalex S.A, Moysoglou S.A., Biochem Diagnostics SA Biodomus S.A and Euromedicines LTD in 2007. It also acquired PHARMACARE in 2008.
