The Group's principal activity is a private commercial bank which offers services such as corporate, commercial, retail and private banking, international trade finance and treasury management, as well as Internet and telephone banking services. Its non-banking services, such as brokerage, insurance, leasing, capital market and investment services are provided through its subsidiaries: Ak Securities, Ak Investment Fund, Ak Asset Management, Ak Global Funding BV and AkLease. It also also has an offshore banking branch in Malta, and subsidiaries such as Akbank NV in the Netherlands and Akbank AG in Germany.
