The Group's principal activity is to acquire, lease and sell utility commercial jet aircraft to passenger and cargo airlines throughout the world. As of 31-Mar-2009, its aircraft portfolio consisted of 130 aircraft comprising a variety of passenger and freighter aircraft types that were leased to 58 lessees located in 32 countries. The Group also makes investments in other aviation assets, including debt securities secured by commercial jet aircraft. It operates in the United States, Ireland and Singapore. The Group's diversified fleet includes Boeing and Airbus narrow and mid-body aircraft including both passenger and freighter applications.
