The Group's principal activities are airline operations, engineering services, airport terminal services and other related business. The Group operates in three segments, Ticket sales which include single-seat ticket sales to passengers through its website. Ground & Other Services includes Code share: both revenue generated from carrying passengers on its flights who have bought their tickets through Hapagfly and sales commissions received for sales of tickets on flights operated by Hapagfly and Ancillary sales: operates in in-flight sales of alcoholic beverages and merchandise, excess-baggage charges, ticket subsidies from the Spanish government for local flights for Spanish residents, sales of technical services to third-party airlines, commissions from the sale of travel insurance, fee for pre-assigned seat reservations and advertising revenue generated by in -flight magazine & Airport Taxed includes surcharges paid by customers as part of the ticket price.
