AirBoss of America Corp. develops, manufactures and sells rubber based products. The Company also engineers and moulds rubber products for the transportation, defense and industrial markets, as well as for its own designs of personal protective wear. AirBoss Defense, specializes in hand, foot and respiratory protective wear for chemical biological radiological nuclear (CBRN) protection for both military and response applications. AirBoss Engineered products, include extruded, calendered, cushion gum and compression moulded rubber products for a range of industrial applications. AirBoss Rubber Compounding, manufactures custom rubber compounds from natural and synthetic polymers. In December 2008, the Company sold its railway track fastening products business to Amsted Rail Company Inc.
