The Group's principal activities are to delivering comprehensive business process outsourcing and information technology services to commercial and government clients. The Group operates in two segments: Commercial and Government. Commercial segment provides business process outsourcing, information technology services, systems integration services and consulting services to commercial clients. Government segment services includes technology and business process based services with a focus on transaction processing, child support payment processing, electronic toll collection, traffic violations processing, program management services such as Medicaid fiscal agent services and student loan processing services. The Group supports client operations in more than 100 countries. On 09-Dec-2008, the Group acquired Grupo Multivoice, on 24-Mar-2009, acquired e-Services Group International and on 12-Jun-2009, Syan Holdings Limited and VBHG Limited (Anix).
