The Group's principal activities are to construct and develop infrastructure including roads and highways, construct commercial and institutional buildings and industrial manufacturing. It also undertakes industrial construction activities. The Group operates in four principal segments within the construction and infrastructure development industry namely, Infrastructure, Buildings, Industrial and Concessions. The corporate and other segment includes its joint venture interest in the nuclear power market, as well as its corporate activities. Infrastructure includes all aspects of the construction and development of infrastructure including roads and highways, expressways, airports and power projects as well as utility distribution systems. On 15-Jan-2009, it acquired South Rock Ltd.
