Semi-con & parts testing systems provides customers with test system products for the semiconductor industry & the electronic component industry. The products in this segment include test systems for memory semiconductors & test systems for non memory semiconductors. The test systems for non memory sem-icon are divided into test systems for SoC semiconductors, LCD driver ICs & semiconductors used in car electronics. M-related focuses on peripheral devices to the semiconductor & component test systems. Services include support services & equipment lease.
