The Group develops consumer premise devices, such as set-top boxes, required to view digital TV. The Group's activities are carried out through following segments: Digital TV Equipment and Software & Services. The digital TV equipment segment includes the development of equipment and software for digital television and broadband data communication. The software & services segment includes middleware software developed according to open standards such as MHP, and offers related services. The Group's operates in Australia, Italy, Philippines, Poland, Taiwan, Spain, Switzerland and the United States.
