The Group's principal activity is providing a comprehensive Personnel Management System encompassing a broad range of services, including benefits and payroll administration, health and workers' compensation insurance programs, personnel records management, employer liability management, employee recruiting and selection, employee performance management and employee training and development services to small and medium-sized businesses in strategically selected markets. The Group also perform recordkeeping services for defined contribution plans and offer an online Web site for human resource products, services and information, as well as small business software applications. The Group provides services by entering into a Client Service Agreement (CSA).
