The Group's principal activities are to provide global interactive marketing services for many of the world's leading companies to help them solve some of their most complex marketing problems. It operates in two segments: Information Services and Information Products. The Information Services segment includes the Group's global lines of business for Customer Data Integration and Marketing Services, Digital Marketing Services, Infrastructure Management Services and Consulting Services. The Information Products segment comprises the Group's global Information Products line of business and the United States Background Screening Products and Risk Mitigation Products lines of business. It operates in the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Australia and China. On 07-Nov-2008, the Group acquired the assets of Quinetia LLC.
