The Tools and Supplies segment markets branded specialized electrical and industrial tools and supplies to hydraulic and electrical wholesale distributors. The customers for the Tools and Supplies segment includes Lowe's, The Home Depot, Menards, True Value, Ace Hardware, Wal-Mart and Sears. The Engineered Solutions segment includes designs, manufactures and markets customized motion control systems primarily for Original Equipment Manufacturers. The customers for the Engineering Solutions segment Wilhelm Wilhelm Karmann GmbH, CTS Dachsysteme, Edscha and Webasto. During fiscal 2008, the group acquired Superior Plant Services, LLC, for approximately $57.7 millions in cash.
