| The Group's principal activities are the production, distribution and sale of laminated and forged special steel, laminated iron, steel cylinders, high alloy bars, coils, rolling mill, castings and other related products. It is structured in three business units: engineering steels, high-alloy steels and rolling mill rolls. The Group's plants are located in Mogi das Cruzes, Pindamonhangaba and Sorocaba, in the state of Sao Paulo. On 19-May-2005, the Group acquired Companhia Usina Tecpar S.A. The Group exports its products to Asia, Europe, and to South and North America. |
